✨ Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products shown on this website. However, as each person's monitor is different, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be accurate
✨ When will my order be dispatched?
We offer next day dispatch (Monday to Friday) on all orders (please note that we do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or VIC Public Holidays)
✨ How long will my delivery take?
We use Sendle Standard delivery and it can take between 2-8 business days depending on where you live. You will be given an email or text message once your order is delivered with a tracking number that you will be able to trace
✨ Can my order be gift wrapped?
We currently do not offer gift wrapping options
✨ What are your trading hours?
We are located in Melbourne (Australia) and our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), excluding VIC Public Holidays. However if you need to contact us outside those hours you can do so via email or using our live chat located in the bottom right corner of this page. We'll endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can

A 10% GST charge is included in the retail price shown
✨ Promo codes
Only one promo code can be used at a time during checkout. The code must be applied at checkout before paying for your transaction. Please understand that we incur seller fees from 3rd party payment providers once a transaction has been processed, so please contact us before checking out if you are experiencing issues with a promo code.
